I've had the opportunity to visit this location several times in the past week due to a severe accident and damage to my car. The representative I encountered was incredibly helpful on each occasion, and I noticed them interacting with many customers while I waited. They were always patient, thorough, and very professional. It was truly a pleasure to rent from this location, especially because of the excellent service provided. I can't praise them enough. 9AUG21. Herts did not have my 5 star name listed. I had to go in and wait for 12 folks with 3 service workers. 2 women 1 man. The man was processing 3 to 1 of the other. He had to help the others as well. I got to the counter as was told they did not have time to update the board., and to go out and select a vehicle in 5 star. I picked one out the waited in a very long slow line to exit. I took pictures of the disney like line. Came in at 12:10 got out with car at 13:50, almost 2 hours. Arrived at Edwards base at 1630 and missed everyone by minutes. Had to stay there for next day. I tried to take the pictures tome tagged. The rear view you see the snaking line.

The shuttle bus is waiting just outside the baggage claim area. It takes you directly to the rental car facility where all the different agencies are located. Big and spacious with a Starbucks and other amenities available before or after you obtain your transportation. Sign the contract, go out to the garage to select/pick up your car, look it over for anything that was prior to your possession, turn over paper work to the person in the booth, driver's license check, paperwork time stamped and filed, and away you go. Quick and easy.

Super convenient as the shuttle provides reliable transportation from airport to your car. All rental car companies are super close. All parking lots are close. The car return is convenient.

No fastbreak when I was there. It still went fast. Staff was friendly. 10 minutes to get my paperwork. Recieved a great car. 60 second return. Ontario is A++

The guys at Avis and budget are totally awesome. They hook me up every time and always give me the lowest price on rentals there is. There's always cars here it seems like especially on Sunday. Thanks so much you guys rock
